USDA Nondiscrimination Statement
In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: FNS Nondiscrimination Statement , from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

How the program works:

When enrolled, each student is given an account with a Personal Identification Number or Pin number. This number will remain the same throughout their time at Moore County Schools. To access their account, the students
will be asked by the cashier to type in their PIN number. They will do this on a keypad located on the cashier stand.

You can do this a few different ways. You can send in check or cash with your child, though we prefer checks. All checks and cash should be inside of a sealed envelope with child and teacher name on the
outside of the envelope for elementary students. You can also stop by and visit the cafeteria to make a deposit or you can make a deposit via our online system at REVTRAK (via Skyward) This online service offers you the
convenience and information you need to manage your child’s account. This system will eliminate the need to send payments to school or worry about lost or forgotten lunch money.
We encourage all parents to monitor their child’s account on a weekly basis.

Our staff maintains the highest cleanliness standards in our kitchens. Two health inspections are conducted each year. Current health inspection score at both cafeterias 100.
