Kindergarten Readiness

Kindergarten can be very exciting for young students, but it can also be a time of nervousness, anxiety, and struggles. As a child begins their new journey in the education system, we desire that all children have the best possible experience. To try to make the process as painless as possible for parents, as far as what you need to do, we have tried to put the requirements here. Of course if you have questions, please contact the school.

Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 30. Parents must provide the following to enroll in school.

1. Birth Certificate

2. Social Security Number

3. Evidence of Immunization - must be on the official green form

4. Complete physical examination

For more information on immunization requirements, visit the state's website at http://health.state.tn.us/ceds/required.htm.
