Through partnerships with teachers, administrators, parents, and the community, our vision for Lynchburg Elementary School is to be among the top performing schools in the state. Our goal is to equip students to become productive, caring, and ethical citizens who can think, work and thrive in an ever-changing world.
We will accomplish this by becoming a professional learning community, focused on student learning and where all students and staff are inspired to be their very best. Our school culture will foster a collaborative team approach where educators, support staff, families, and the community continually work to improve learning and build character in our students.
As a school community, we will focus on standards, set expectations high, and work tirelessly to meet the learning needs of all students through the use of diverse teaching strategies, individualized instruction, research and analysis, and technology.
We will strive to create a school environment that fosters success, encourages innovation, and rewards initiative. Our school will be our extended family where every student is nurtured, every teacher a leader, and everyone is a valued member of the team.
