Moore County Board of Education Policy 2.601 states "No fundraising activity shall be conducted which distributes prizes or makes awards to winners from among purchasers of chances by means of tickets or otherwise through a random drawing or other random selection process." Please know that if you see a "raffle" of items listed as a school fundraising project that it is not affiliated with the school system. Proceeds from such are being collected by individuals and not school officials. Please refrain from using the name of the school(s) or any of the teams or clubs associated with our schools when conducting such an activity. Thank You.
The 2017-18 School Calendar has been approved by the school board at their November meeting. The calendar was developed by the school community using surveys completed by teachers, parents, and students. #WeAreMC
